Job Summary:
This position is responsible for guidance, development, administration, management, and closeout of assigned services within defined standards and consistent LUMA practices. By using best-practice logistic techniques to minimize annual spend, this position is responsible for leading a team to work along with internal partners in the procurement of goods and services, data collection and report preparation for business analysis.

Responsible for guidance, setup, coordination, administration & monitoring of service request, including executed contracts, and resolving conflicts with vendors.Act as a main point of contact for assigned Logistics teams for the development and execution of necessary services.Accountable for timely coordination and delivery of services, all along with the compliance with all company procurement policies.Analyze and interpretation of contracts, purchase orders, and work orders.Prepare KPI reports and documentation to ensure performance meets core internal criteria & consistency.Lead the administration of any coordination of service without delay and keep track of compliance of contract deadlines or expirations dates so that if they are not met, the necessary actions can be taken to comply with Departmental Goals.Responsible for providing updates and guidance to the service end-users when requested and strategic support on Service Coordination and Contracting initiatives to team members all in compliance with company policies and procedures.Work closely with Procurement providing the technical information or documentation to draft the scope of services, according to the final user needs, until its completed or closed out.Work with project managers to ensure materials and services availability.Liaison between the Procurement Department and Vendors in the Pre-Qualification Procedure Process to ensure that providers follow LUMA policies and practices while being responsible, ethical, and capable of meeting standards of quality and competitive pricing.Work closely with Contract Administration and the Finance Department to provide accruals based on the contract status.Monitor compliance of forecast, explain variations and proposed adjustment measures to accomplish goals.Ability to lead meetings, presentations, and trainings regarding the coordination, data collection and preparation of KPI reports of all applicable services including its procurement processes.Act as the principal point of contact for internal stakeholders to effectively request and communicate procurement action items and status for all services coordinated by the assigned Logistics team.May be responsible for overseeing operations during manager's absence when the manager is absent.Performs other duties as assigned.Follow all policies and procedures.Perform major storm restoration work and associated drills as assigned or needed.Additional Education:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.5 years of experience in data analysis, research, compilation, and/or reporting work preferably in a utility environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience with Electric Utility operations and / or large, complex organizations, leadership responsibilities, purchasing process for federally funded projects or government contracts is highly desirable.Contract management or Supply Chain Management training and experience would be considered an asset.Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to negotiate and build relationships with vendors.Experience with data entry, database management, reporting and compliance.Strong skills in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), data analysis, as well as experience with ERP and File Sharing technology.Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
