Job Description

Overview

CSA Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our electrical transmission and distribution projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of design projects, managing project planning, and coordinating with clients and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the development of design projects with a strong electrical transmission and distribution component.
  • Manage project planning, coordination, and administration of projects, including distribution, transmission, and substations projects.
  • Prepare proposals, reports, schedules, and presentations for power distribution, transmission, and substations associated projects.
  • Coordinate project execution with other engineering disciplines and clients.
  • Attend project design meetings with clients, technical leads, consultants, agencies, and contractors for transmission and distribution electrical systems projects.
  • Coordinate funds and invoicing processes.
  • Develop project staff members by facilitating training sessions and providing feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • 10 years of experience in electrical transmission and distribution project management.
  • Professional Engineer License.
  • Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish).
  • Ability to manage resources, budgets, work plans, priorities, and project management tools to successfully lead employees from the beginning of the project to the end of the project.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership and time management skills.
