Job Title: Route Driver

Labatt Food Service is seeking a skilled Route Driver to join our team at the Farmington location.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Route Driver to deliver and unload cases at designated stops. The ideal candidate will have a valid NM Class A CDL and at least 6 months of tractor-trailer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and unload 600-1,200 cases per day using a dolly at designated stops
  • Operate a truck in a high-intensity, high-transaction logistics environment
  • Work Monday-Friday with dispatch typically between 3:00 and 5:00 am
  • Meet safety standards and follow company policies

Benefits:

  • Average yearly pay is $60,000-$80,000
  • $1,500 referral bonus (offered once employed)
  • Annual Safety bonuses of up to $8,000
