Key Responsibilities

  • Inside Sales Clerical (30%)
    • Process customer orders on a daily basis.
    • Handle phone orders and address customer inquiries.
    • Monitor inventory and assist with pricing sheets.
  • Inventory Tasks (30%)
    • Prepare and ship orders regularly.
    • Assist with stock management and inventory counts.
    • Conduct cycle counting and generate adjustment sheets.
  • Office Clerical Duties (30%)
    • Send customer invoices and handle communication.
    • Manage phone calls and assist with office tasks.
    • Respond to customer requests promptly.
  • Reporting Duties (10%)
    • Maintain daily records and assist with reports.
    • Identify and report any issues efficiently.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High school education with a business/marketing background.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and Office 365.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Bilingual skills and inventory knowledge are advantageous.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 70 lbs. and performing various movements.
