Oracle Health Consulting is seeking a Manager over Adoption Managers. The associate's primary responsibility will be managing Adoption Managers. The manager will be responsible for span management-- day-to-day management, performance (client results and outcomes), compliance with organizational requirements, and associate development. A critical responsibility of the role is to ensure the business maintains financial responsibility of its engagements and the business as a whole. This will include but is not limited to forecasting financials across future quarters and financial revenue recognition post engagements. They will be responsible for policy development for the SAA team. They will advise on organizational improvements to enhance client and caregiver value.

The Role:

The Strategic Analytics & Adoption team is seeking an experienced people manager to lead a team of Adoption Managers. This manager will lead and deliver against core organizational initiatives. They will be responsible for the oversight, leadership, and development of Adoption Managers to meet team and organizational goals. The manager will build, lead, and maintain a motivated and impactful team through effective leadership.

This manager will use their communication skill to create alignment with internal and external partners. They will have strong eye for business and ensure financial targets are met.

The position will also include Adoption Manager work with clients that will ebb and flow based on team size. This position will travel 25% of the time (or less).

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manages daily operations of Adoption Managers

-Manage the businesses P&L numbers as well as oversee forecasting and financials for SAA projects

  • Upholds and measures performance on organizational best practices and outcomes
  • Ensures client and team deliverables are timely and high quality initiatives
  • Develops and contributes to team initiatives and policies
  • Associate growth and development
  • Administrative and operational oversight
  • Communication with key stakeholders
  • Partnership with SAA leadership and operations team on short-term and long-term goals
  • Meeting financial plan and associate utilization targets
  • Assists and leads associate experience initiatives
  • Staying current on industry and company trends
  • Adoption Manager work (approximately 25% of the time per quarter) -- project management for analytics-driven education for clients

US: Hiring Range: from $82,300 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
