Job Description:

At Regions, the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist is responsible for managing access (the process of creating, maintaining and removing user accounts) to various systems within Regions. This role works under established guidelines, policies and protocols, while ensuring proper access to numerous applications.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Works with minimal supervision to provision access to moderately complex systems, taking direction from other team members or manager
  • Records and documents relevant details of the fulfillment in approved tools
  • Creates and maintains support documentation, knowledge articles, and user guides in fulfillment of requests and to resolve incidents
  • Performs moderate levels of troubleshooting of issues and provides guidance other team members
  • Prepares and distributes status reports
  • Provides Level 1 support for SailPoint and communicates issue resolution to the customer
  • Partners with application teams to ensure all provisioning documentation remains current
  • Monitors various SailPoint jobs
  • Performs data analysis/validation as needed to ensure provisioning accuracy

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years of related work experience

Preferences

  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field
  • Good understanding of access management processes
  • Good understanding of Active Directory
  • Technical certification or advanced computer technician courses

This position must be within a reasonable driving distance to a Branch, Consumer Operations, or Professional Office Building with the primary location being for Birmingham, AL, Nashville, TN, Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense. Exceptions to the geographic location requirement may be made for current Regions associates who work remotely.

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

$72,610.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans:
