Job Purpose

The Maintenance Coordinator supports the efficient daily operation of the Engineering and Maintenance Department (Site Responsible Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor, and Maintenance Technicians.)

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Work Orders

• Maintain CMMS system and work order history files

o Enter daily work orders; print and distribute scheduled PMs

o Generate and distribute periodic reports (open PM, open WO, etc)

• Assist with Reliability / Engineering administrative duties including preparation and participation in Audits

• General office support for the maintenance technicians

Purchasing

• Order necessary items for the Reliability Department using SRM and SAP

o Make adjustments to PO's

o Reconcile invoices not matching PO's

o Material receipt confirmations and reversals

o Work with 3rd party accounts payable to process payments to vendors

• Clerical: Maintain purchase order tracking sheets; vendor analysis to determine blanket PO amounts

• Write small value Authorization Requests.

Vendor Maintenance

• Gather information for new vendor creation in SAP and SRM systems

• Maintains Approved Contractor and Supplier Listing

• Liaison between vendors/contractors and accounting to investigate issues with invoicing and payments.

Contractor Management

• Manage facility contractors such as janitorial, groundskeepers, pest control, plumbers and forklift maintenance

• Ensure safe work performance of contractors

• Issue work permits

• Perform contractor safety observations

Quality System Document Management

• Create, maintain and update ISO Reliability Department documents

• Enter department's calibrations in quality system sharepoint.

Misc Responsibilities

• Order and maintain all supplies, forms, and office equipment

• Create security badges, take pictures of new employees and contractors, maintains security database

• Organizing catering, create signs, laminate documents, scan and send various documents

Job Requirements
  • High School diploma required; some college preferred
  • General understanding of standard plant equipment and maintenance processes
  • Accounting, Accounts Payable and SAP experience preferred
  • Intermediate office computer skills
  • Ability to learn new software programs and systems
  • Must be flexible, dependable, reliable, and have a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Must be very strong in accuracy and attention to detail
Rewards & Benefits

The salary range for these skills is: $63,000 to $70,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
