2nd (3:00pm to 11:00pm) – Monday -Friday
3rd (11:00pm to 7:00am) – Sunday- Thursday

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in reading a tape measure.
- Team-oriented with a focus on cooperation and synergy.
- Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, supported by calculator use.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Previous experience with mobile equipment such as forklifts or Combis is a plus.
- Ability to follow precise instructions with attention to detail.
- Capable of lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Overhead lifting at times, 80 lbs of material with a partner.
- Adaptability to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme heat or cold.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in handling both large and small aluminum extrusions.
- Skill in identifying visual defects.
- Learn & operate mobile equipment, including forklifts and overhead cranes, if required.
- Minimum 1-year previous Manufacturing Experience
