We are looking for a Head of Sales to join our growing team

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and scale our business.

-Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring high performance and alignment with company goals.

-Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with key clients and partners.

-Manage the sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and report on sales KPIs to senior management.

-Drive hiring initiatives to expand and strengthen our sales team as we scale.

-Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize processes and identify areas for improvement.

Key Requirements:

-Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the Ad Tech industry, with a minimum of 15 years of -experience.

-Deep understanding of media advertising technologies, including programmatic advertising, data management platforms, and ad exchanges.

-Strong leadership abilities with the demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

-Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start up environment and adapt to changing priorities.
