Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Collect and document vital signs.
- Record height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
- Identify unusual changes in body functions and report them promptly.
- Aid with medication reminders, personal hygiene, and daily activities.
- Offer empathetic support to residents with dementia.
- Assist with transferring, repositioning, and turning residents.
- Administer skin care treatments.
- Contribute to resident assessments and care plans.
- Provide nursing rehabilitation services.
- Adhere to scheduled resident care needs.
- Offer emotional and social assistance to residents.
- Uphold resident rights and dignity.
- Maintain resident confidentiality.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a clinical/nursing setting.
- Certifications: CNA licensure as per state requirements.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills.
- Skills & Abilities: Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
