The ideal Subject Matter Expert will have a business and technical experience in technologies and procedures that support tolling back-office operations and digital transformation projects.
Qualifications:
- Assist incorporating innovation in a unified back office system.
- Assist the UX/UI/CX business transformation
- Assist in delivering Natural Language IVR to maximize self-service.
- ALPR and vehicle fingerprinting technologies and finding innovative solutions to streamline and automate license plate identification.
- Assist the Data Migration for tolling back office.
- Assist the consolidation of customer service operations under toll operations.
- Support the review of third-party contracts.
- Support IT standards compliance in TransCore and other toll operations contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Work end to end across all groups involved in the Unified Back Office System to drive innovation into the project. Assist the project manager in a program to ensure intellectual property is captured and processed.
- Support the UX/UI/CX effort to enhance the user experience and interface for customer service representatives.
- Support advisory services, project management, and technical support for consolidated customer service operations under a unified back office.
- Assist in the rollout of Proponisi into the current Tolling Operation. Manage the migration and any upgrade of the Proponisi tool into the Unified Back Office System.
- Support the review and drive closure of third-party contracts.
- Support the effort to ensure IT standards compliance for TransCore and other toll operations contracts.
- Provide delivery and Agile training to Business Team.
- Provide support to overall architecture development for the tolling back office.
- Provide support to Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts to backfill Tolling Operations staff as required.
- Provide general toll operations support.
