ROLE DEFINITION
Our facility in Carlsbad, CA is currently hiring for Production Operators
As a Production Operator you will be responsible for performing production operations including the use of equipment to produce high quality products in a safe and timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIPTION
Your key responsibilities will be/what you'll do:
Learn and perform all operations on machines, operating equipment, and production fixtures
Monitor inventory of chemicals, materials and supplies used in processes
Assemble parts and/or raw materials according to blueprints
Verify part accuracy by using various measuring equipment and gauges
Rotation to all departmental jobs with this job classification
Adhere to quality and safety systems and standards
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:
High School education ,GED equivalent and 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is required. Experience as an operator is preferred.
Experience working in the assembly of small components, keyboarding, checking, or manual dexterity preferred.
Must have the ability to complete the physical tasks associated with the job with or without accommodation
This includes:
Good or corrected eyesight
Ability to use both hands for repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions
Ability to lift 50 lbs on an occasional basis
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
