React Native Lead Developer

Responsibilities


• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and zeal to improve technical skills.


• Must possess Strong Analyzing, Designing, trouble shooting and problem-solving skills


• Have Exposure to complete software life cycle from client requirement analysis to delivery.


• Have a good customer handling skills.


• Experience in managing & performing Builds & deployment


• Accustomed to working in a fast-paced timeframe, goal-oriented environment and able to deliver under pressure and time constraints.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience with Programming as React + React native developer


• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript,Typescript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.


• Knowledge of React tools including , Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.


• Mastery of React Native Framework: Proficiency in using React Native APIs and libraries is essential. This includes knowledge of native components, navigation, and state management libraries like Redux or Context API1.


• Cross-Platform Development: The ability to create code that works seamlessly on both iOS and Android platforms, including understanding platform-specific code in React Native1.


• Experience with user interface design.


• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, React testing framework.


• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.


• Experience with SASS,LESS


• Knowledge of modern JavaScript tooling, build processes, and package managers (Webpack, npm, etc.).


• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks in applications.


• Experience with tools and techniques for front-end performance optimization.


• Proficient in using Git for version control.


• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $81,300 to $140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
