The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience, with 7 years preferred, in the real estate or private equity industry.

A background in Yardi is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities include overseeing property and debt investment accounting staff, preparing financial statements, monitoring compliance with partnership agreements, managing external audits, and more.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A bachelor's degree in business administration, preferably with an accounting concentration, is required, along with CPA licensure and public accounting experience.
