In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate directly with enterprise customers and both internal and external technical resources in designing and implementing solutions to challenging data exchange problems
  • Manage project scope and timelines, track progress, and ensure milestones are met
  • Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders, including internal teams and customers
  • Facilitate effective communication between product teams and customer-facing teams to align expectations and deliverables
  • Identify and navigate organizational bottlenecks to drive progress while mitigating risks and escalating issues
  • Maintain thorough documentation of project processes, decisions, and changes.

You'll likely thrive in this role if you:

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in a software development environment.
  • Technical background with a solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certification.
  • Experience working in agile development environments.
  • Familiarity with software development languages and frameworks.

Other details

  • $70-80 per hour
  • Available around 20 hours per week
