The Prime Brokerage Client Integration Managers project manages the end-to-end onboarding of hedge fund and institutional clients (including Equity, Fixed Income & FX Prime Brokerage). Working closely alongside the Platform Solutions Origination Sales teams and Product Sales, the Integration specialist will engage with clients to gather all their commercial, trading, technical and operational requirements once a new mandate has been won; also will handle multiple cases simultaneously, working with numerous HSBC teams including but not limited to; Legal, IT, Operations, Trading, Margin, Risk and various Global Markets execution teams to on-board the client in an efficient and timely manner. The role will require building and maintaining relationships with external clients at all levels including but not limited to CEOs, CIOs, Founders, COOs, CROs, PMs and Head of Operations.

As our Client Integration Specialist you will:

Provide regular updates and manage client expectations throughout the on-boarding process, you will work with the client towards an agreed go-live deadlineIs expected to contribute to the profitability and growth of the Prime Brokerage client base by delivering an excellent client experience and cross selling the firm's products during the on-boarding processContribute to the development of HSBC's product and platform by delivering enhancements to meet client requirements & generate revenueYou will need a robust and detailed knowledge of Prime, and will need to develop knowledge of HSBC's product offering understanding HSBC capabilities especially around execution and associated hedge fund servicesDeliver 'added value' service to clients utilizing industry knowledge to be able to act as trusted advisorBe an ambassador for HSBC and the Platforms business, promoting both at every opportunity and trying to win new business as well as maintaining our reputationThe jobholder is responsible for managing and mitigating operational and conduct risks in their day to day operations. In executing these responsibilities, the Group has adopted risk management and internal control structures referred to as the 'Three Lines of Defense'. The job holder should understand their position within Three Lines of Defense and operate within operational risk policy, escalating in a timely manner where they are unsureAdhere to, and be able to demonstrate adherence to, internal controls and will implement the Group compliance policy by adhering to all relevant processes/procedures, keeping appropriate records and, where appropriate, by the timely implementation of internal and external audit points, including issues raised by external regulators For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $175,000.00 and $200,000.00

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
