Position Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize our billing processes to ensure top performance.
- Standardize billing procedures for consistency and quality across North America, noting country-specific needs.
- Manage system and process issues, conduct root cause analyses and ensure smooth third-party service connections.
- Lead special projects, establishing clear goals, engaging the team and meeting milestones.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree. Major in Finance or Business preferred.
- 3+ years in business process optimization, change management or a related area.
- 3+ years in process automation and analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Agile project management experience preferred.
