Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our team at Lilly. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of our master data set in SAP and associated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing key data creation, maintenance, and design for Master Data in SAP and associated systems
  • Creating Bills of Material, Recipes, Purchasing info records, Purchasing and Planning/Scheduling parameters
  • Creating and maintaining local formal Standard Operating Procedures and training materials
  • Determining impact of local and/or global changes while ensuring global data consistence and conformance to Standard Operating Procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • SAP knowledge and work experience/Master Data experience in material master creation and maintenance

Preferred attributes:

  • 2+ years experience in Supply Chain preferred
  • Capability to prioritize and multi-task effectively and track details of multiple projects
  • Ability to develop solutions where processes and procedures do not currently exist
  • Excellent eye for detail and numerical skills
  • Ability to work independently with little day-to-day direction
  • Strong organizational, technical, and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in a GMP/pharmaceutical/manufacturing environment
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and accountable for supporting all safety objectives
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills working inclusively with other functions and teams
  • Self-directed, pro-active, and able to work through ambiguity and drive solutions in a Startup environment
