We are seeking a Program Asset Management Specialist as a key member of the support team to provide enhanced asset management and material tracking. The selected candidate will need a robust level of attention to detail in order to provide accurate accounting of equipment pedigree and status for program/government assets on the assigned program in advance of customer delivery, while in use, and when returned for repair, maintenance or upgrade. Accounting includes manual inventory and electronic tracking to maintain and balance stock levels and provide asset visibility and reporting on the movement of items from source to destination for each member of the program/customer team.

Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Must be able to obtain a SECRET clearance
  • At least 4-6 years applicable experience
  • Experience in using property databases for tracking assets and to make inquiries for collecting and reporting data in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) requirements.
  • Experience managing and tracking Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) / Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) to/from various locations following company policies and program plans/procedures
  • Capacity to document metrics, lessons learned, and obtain/retain metrics for use in determining future support population requirements.
  • Issue, receive, transfer, redistribute, or dispose of tracked assets as required
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Experience using support applications/databases including Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, iSTAR, and TIPQA
  • Understanding of US Government and commercial databases to include Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Commercial Asset Visibility System (CAVS), and Automated Logistics Management Support System (ALMSS)
  • Expertise in coordinating and tracking depot and field level repair and maintenance actions and provide updates to enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Familiar with requirements for Item Unique Identification (IUID) and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) marking and tracking of property and reporting information verbally or through spreadsheets and charts compatible with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with formal data reporting and inventory requirements in support of contract closeout activities
  • Capability to attend or provide status on program material and equipment movement at programmatic meetings as required
  • Current SECRET level clearance
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $ $109010
