Intern Database Development

We are currently seeking an Intern Database Development to join our team, This position is responsible for working with the Database Architecture team and associated development teams. Actively participates in database and application design sessions, analysis, and other team functions to learn about Insperity's software management systems and processes.

Qualifications

Designs data structure and database components required by the Business Applications department.Works with other teams as necessary to gather input for technical design and development.Follows the guided best practices for the design and development of data access.Works with team members to help troubleshoot database performance issues.Participates in the SCRUM process to interact with the Project Management and Development Teams.Follows design standards using industry best practices.Creates technical documentation as required for all project work.Reviews assignment progress with management.Assists in the accomplishment of Insperity Company goals.Helps other employees to accomplish Insperity Company goals.Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor.Participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
