Spreetail is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team. In this high impact role reporting to the Chief of Staff, you'll be at the core of operations, managing the executive's office to maximize their productivity and effectiveness. With your deep understanding of our goals and organizational structure, you'll handle complex scheduling, logistics, and travel arrangements for our CEO. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in driving both individual and company-wide success, while also contributing to a culture of recognition and engagement.

How you will achieve success:

  • Be familiar with and understand business model and goals, performance metrics, organizational structure for your division(s), and how they partner with other areas within Spreetail.
  • Proactively and strategically manage calendar priorities for the CEO and Chief of Staff - internal/external meeting scheduling, project coordination, and logistics management.
  • Manage travel arrangements including flight, hotel, ground/local transportation, and meeting schedule for executive and potentially other Spreetailers attending.
  • Facilitate project management including organization, follow-ups, meeting prep work, etc.
  • Partner with People and Culture team in ensuring strong division recognition programs and team engagement.

What experiences will help you in this role:

  • 2+ years supporting executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, strategic, and solutions-oriented mindset that can effectively prioritize tasks and projects.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Flexibility and resiliency in problem solving in a dynamic, always-on communications environment.
  • High level of professional acumen and demonstrated ability to interact with all leadership levels.
