This position is ideal for a skilled Tableau Analyst holding an active TS/SCI with polygraph. Based in Reston, VA, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining Tableau dashboards to support various agency activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing Tableau dashboards that highlight strategic goals
  • Creating necessary enterprise artifacts for management decisions
  • Refining decisional aids for senior-level review
  • Conducting resource allocation analysis and providing performance summaries

As a Tableau Analyst, you will assist in managing and executing activities performed by development contractor personnel. You will participate in the requirements process, review documentation, and provide decision support to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance
  • Tableau analysis and data visualization expertise
  • Experience within the Intelligence Community
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Strong communication skills for articulating requirements to senior leadership
  • Knowledge of Agile Development techniques and Scaled Agile Framework
  • Ability to work independently and lead requirements development activities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience across the program life cycle
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
  • Certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or related coursework
