Logisitcs Office Coordinator

If you are an experienced office and administrative coordinator with prior work history in the logistics industry, this full time contract to hire opportunity may be a good fit for you. Previous work history with logistics invoicing is required to be successful in this role. The ideal candidate will have account management, customer service and office coordinator experience. Responsibilities
  • Account management and customer support responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries or concerns, and providing assistance as needed.
  • Managing office operations involves overseeing the day-to-day logistical functioning of the office environment.
  • Handling correspondence by managing incoming and outgoing communication via email, mail, and phone.
  • Help manage inventory and orders by ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Quickbooks or Sage 50 experience is highly preferred.
