Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Payroll Analyst

Location: Jamaica, Queens, NY

Compensation: Paid Weekly

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated HRIS Specialist / Payroll Analyst to join our dynamic payroll department. You will play a crucial role in processing payroll for our diverse workforce across the United States and Canada, including Quebec and Ontario. This position offers a chance to handle payroll responsibilities for approximately 3,000-4,000 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process payroll for a large employee base.
  • Utilize SAP for various HRIS functions.
  • Maintain meticulous records and reports using advanced Excel skills.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and HRIS.
  • Advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze data.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP
  • Familiarity with union and non-union payroll processes.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Exposure to state payroll regulations in CA, TX, OH, PA, AZ, NM, FL.
