Position Overview

Crossroads is seeking full time personnel to provide military HR support services within the Military Personnel Division at Fort Knox, KY.

Primary Duties:

  • Performs as HR specialist within military HR work centers that may include Personnel Records, Automation Support, In & Out Processing, DEERS/Identification Card Management, Soldier Readiness Processing, Soldier Actions, Reassignment Processing, Transition and Retirement Services.
  • Publicly address large groups of Soldiers.
  • Protect privacy, administer training, and ensure policy and procedure compliance.
  • Interact via phone, email and in person with customers from the military, their family and other entitled persons of Department of Defense (DoD) association, including contractors and their affiliates.
  • Perform other duties as required.
