The club has a fully funded player development pathway that is tasked with identifying and developing professional players from across the Carolinas and beyond to play in Major League Soccer (MLS). For more information, visit Position SummaryThis position will assist the Coordinator of Business Operations in the execution of projects associated with all aspects of the business operations of the Charlotte FC's Next Pro Team, Crown Legacy FC. This position is temporary, but to work full time, until the end of Season 2024. Primary Responsibilities
  • Participate in the behind-the-scenes planning and execution of a Crown Legacy event.
  • Receive hands-on experience with stadium set up, break down and day-of operations.
  • Areas of operation include, but are not limited to, game day staffing, field maintenance, stadium security, interaction with contractors & vendors, and customer service.
  • Additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • College degree or in the process of obtaining a college degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
  • Must have a valid US Driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must pass pre-employment screens.
  • Soccer knowledge is a plus.

Work Environment and Physical RequirementsThis position operates in a professional office environment and outside in a stadium facility. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc. Local travel to events may be required. This position typically works approximately 40 hours per week.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to remain sitting for up to 8 hours at a desk and computer.
  • Ability to remain standing/walking for up to 8 hours.
  • Ability to climb stairs.
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, and endure weather conditions, including rain, wind, high and low temperatures, etc.
  • Must be able to work in non-traditional settings, and work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
