Project Manager/Project Scheduler

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned project.
  • You will serve as a liaison between project managers and functional managers.
  • You will develop and maintain summary level schedule (Gantt) reports, milestone charts, and other program management tools used to support critical path analysis, near term tasks, prioritybased resource allocations, performance variances.
  • You will follow schedule version control processes, policies, and procedures.
  • You will work in collaboration with project managers to drive efficiency in project execution and accuracy in project reporting.
  • You will schedule estimating and updating for new work and remaining work.
  • You will identify major milestones, decision points, project lifecycle and other project events.
  • You will troubleshoot and monitor potential scheduling problems.
  • You will maintain accurate records/paperwork.
  • You will facilitate and participate in weekly schedule reviews.
  • You will be willing to work outside of normal business hours as required to meet deadlines.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education:
Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science

Required

Experience:

5+ years of related experience

Security Clearance Level:
Top Secret/SCI

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent Problem Resolution skills
  • Great team and client interaction skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in gathering, analyzing, documenting and briefing information
  • Ability to effectively convey requirements, concerns and capabilities to all levels of management in a clear and concise manner
