You will have direct responsibility for leading, managing, and coaching a team of 19 Biomedical Engineers as an Area Service Manager supporting large comprehensive and geographically dispersed multi-vendor sites at hospitals in the Greater Loma Linda market.
Your role:
- Effectively recruit, onboard, and integrate new hires onto team.
- Develop and implement service strategies to achieve customer loyalty and effectively partner with Sales counterparts.
- Own and drive financial business results for region to meet/exceed AOP targets for Revenue, CM Rate, and Gross Margin
- Develop business plans to drive growth and productivity while improving efficiencies and controlling expenses (i.e. reduced Material, Labor, and Purchased Services spend)
You're the right fit if:
- Reside in the Loma Linda area.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, including 5+ years leadership experience and/or project management experience.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, organizational structure, and current trends.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, lead, coach and develop direct reports.
- Ability to travel extensively to customer sites, zone office or identified locations for meetings, training, and business needs.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Philips Transparency Details
The base pay range for this position is $114,464 to $196,224. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. This role also includes field service incentive bonus plans, on-call pay, company fleet/car, training, and advancement opportunities.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive plan, field service incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
