Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of associates in a fulfillment center, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful operation of the facility.
- Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze business reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates to resolve issues and improve relationships.
- Supervise and develop associates, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a fulfillment center or supply chain environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and associates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving business results.
