How you'll make an impactKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
General tasks such as answering telephone inquiries, greeting visitors in a professional manner, deliveries and couriers, sorting incoming mail, and ordering office supplies.
Capable of working independently and on a team.
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced work environment.
Assist with meeting logistics.
Collaborate with Adjusters and Branch Leaders.
Responsible for electronic filing, mail processing, document scanning, letter and other document preparation.
About YouREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
High school diploma or GED
At least one year office work experience
Knowledge of current business software such as Word and Excel
