You will be responsible for improving the business operations of the MyNavy HR organization.

You will provide organic transformation and business optimization capabilities to improve efficiency, quality and compliance of MyNavy HR operations and optimize business processes to improve MyNavy HR operations and personnel readiness processes.

You will liaise with N1 directorates, NETC (Force Development) and Navy Personnel Command (NPC) (Force Management) to develop enterprise-wide business processes, procedures, strategy, governance and solutions to complex problems.

You will facilitate the exchange of MyNavy HR operations information (people, processes, technology, funding) to increase operational performance and promote collaboration and transparency across MyNavy HR.

You will lead ongoing MyNavy HR transformation efforts to holistically update the ways and means the Navy uses to manage its people.

You will direct the development of requirements, designs, implementation and acceptance activities required to modernize MyNavy HR applications, data environments and related IT infrastructure.

You will ensure acquisition and contract integration services advice/support across the MyNavy HR enterprise.
