Great Hill Solutions is seeking a Platform Support Team (PST) Special Projects Lead to support our DOS contract CONUS and abroad.This position will be on site in Washington, DC with opportunities to travel OCONUS on short-term TDY.
Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Organize ongoing projects across the PST including the development of materials to track progress, metrics, and curate briefing materials for senior leadership and the interagency
- Work across CARE to identify areas for process improvement and efficiencies that can be supported by the PST
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization to enhance case management capabilities
- Mentor and guide team members in process analysis and design
- Communicate with the customer in technical/non-technical terms, understand their business requirements, and provide suitable solutions
- Work on continuous improvement by sharing experiences and knowledge with the team
- Coordinate with technical experts concerning strategies and technical aspects of application migrations
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Active Secret Security Clearance or Higher
- Working knowledge and experience with application development and migration strategies
- Ability to meet the expectations and requirements of the internal customers and senior management
- Excellent verbal, oral, and written communications skills
- Briefing Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of client side and service side Scripting
- Experience using Workflows
- Hands-on experience moving update sets
- Must be a self-starter
