In this position, you will not only process customer transactions accurately and efficiently but also educate customers on various bank products, services, and technology.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Offering outstanding customer service and efficiently resolving customer concerns.
  • Understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products and consumer lending.
  • Actively seeking opportunities to enhance customer relationships through a structured sales process, follow-up initiatives for new customers, outbound calling, and obtaining referrals from customers and partners.
  • Guiding and directing customers to different bank departments to strengthen relationships and establish a solid partnership.
  • Ensuring compliance with all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, communication, and presentation.
  • Performing any other assigned duties.
Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience or military service in roles such as administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar positions; or a Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 year or more of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-oriented retail sales.
  • Proficiency in cash handling.
  • Familiarity with technology, including mobile services and online banking platforms.
