The Role:
This role is an exciting opportunity to be a critical part of the people and talent engine fueling a high growth organization that is radically changing the biotech industry. The HR Partner, CMC must be a HR professional who is able to work effectively with employees in CMC, while also ensuring the efficient and effective execution of key Human Resources projects and objectives. Heres What Youll Do:

Work closely with the functions HRBP team, managers, and employees to ensure coordinated HR service delivery across the function. Engage with employees and managers in the areas of HRIS systems, recruitment, employee relations & engagement, and total rewards. Works as a close partner with the Benefits team on Leave Management for employees in the function. Collaborate with HR colleagues across all COEs and HRBP teams on key projects and initiatives as well as execution of day-to-day tasks. Drive effective and fair employee relations practices, guiding managers and employees as needed to achieve optimal outcomes for all stakeholders. Build deep understanding of our key HR processes and how they shape the employee experience and HRs operational effectiveness; make thoughtful and impactful recommendations for how these processes can be improved/modified/automated to maximize effectiveness, efficiency, and scale for the future. Ensure strong organization and efficiency in the underlying HR processes that enable the business to perform optimally. Heres What Youll Need (Minimum Qualifications): 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally with significant time spent in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical production environment. Bachelors degree in human resources and/or business administration or equivalent experience required. Heres What Youll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications) A proven track record of developing value-added, yet pragmatic solutions that are aligned with the overall company strategy is particularly important. Experience with enterprise-wide initiatives in a fast growth environment is required, including skill in partnering with other members of the HR team. Ability to maintain discretion and work with highly confidential and/or protected information required. Ability to form strong partnerships and trust with employees regardless of level. Strong oral and written communication skills to influence and effectively engage internally & externally. Strong project management skills, and stakeholder management are critical for success in this role. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); Experience with Workday or similar Strong sense of priorities and able to handle various projects simultaneously, sometimes with short timelines, hands-on and can-do mentality, acting with urgency.
