Ensures products are identified, weighed, and inventoried correctly.
Troubleshoots production equipment and production related problems.
Adequately complete and file required documents.

Ensure facility meets all regulatory requirements.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Experienced in smelting or foundry environment, possess the ability to quickly learn production operations and machinery.
Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate.
Proficient with Microsoft Office/Microsoft Office Suite.

Experienced in Team development.
Willingness to work with and alongside of the Quality Department.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Lean PrinciplesFamiliarity with ISO 9001 StandardsMinimum of 2 years forklift operation.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift pounds.
Must be able to work directly on the shop floor for long periods of time.
Ability to operate hand & power tools, including hoist, torches and grinders.
