Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial decision making for Research & Development and other operational groups
  • Provide deep dive analysis, weekly metrics reporting, and trend analysis
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud costs and increase efficiency
  • Own the complete financial support of the Research & Development Business Unit
  • Monthly accounting close process and managerial reporting
  • Drive financial accountability and ensure operating plans are met

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in accounting and financial planning & analysis
  • Team leadership experience and familiarity with SaaS industry
  • Strong finance skills, analytical problem-solving ability, and business acumen
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business
  • Passion for using data to drive better decision making
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

The base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000 USD per year. Additional compensation may be provided based on performance.
