Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the SDR team to build an effective outbound pipeline.
- Identify and engage with promising startups.
- Convert Mercury sign-ups into loyal advocates.
- Utilize internal tools to handle a large prospect pipeline.
- Assist in onboarding complex customers alongside the Relationship Management team.
- Identify opportunities to introduce new financial products to customers.
- Work with partnerships team to explore new user acquisition channels.
- Translate customer needs into product development strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of closing experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline of quality prospects.
- Strong sales discovery skills.
- Excellent product understanding.
- Team player with the ability to elevate teammates.
- Effective communication skills.
- Passion for fintech.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
