Your Role: As the MQ Tech at Lilly Sr. Director at our new Site at Lebanon Indiana LP1, you'll spearhead the digital strategy, reporting to both the M&Q IT VP and the Manufacturing Associated VP Site Head LP1. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping our technological future.

In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance (cGMP).Proven leadership prowess and team-building excellence.Agile management of simultaneous projects, with a knack for adapting to shifting priorities.Collaborative spirit with cross-functional teams.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.A creative and analytical mindset, equipped to resolve complex issues.Deep Technical Knowledge on Pharmaceutical manufacturing and IT/OT footprint to support the site.Strong personal commitment to support the LP1 manufacturing mission and to create a culture of Safety First and Quality Always.Key Responsibilities:Define and deploy the digital strategy for LP1 facility in alignment with the Global Strategy.Guarantee digital operational readiness for site launch, integrating systems such as:InfrastructureSAPWarehouse Management & LogisticsManufacturing Execution System (MES)Data Historian and Real-Time Floor TrackingComprehensive Data Management: Integration, AnalyticsDigital Plant Innovations and Laboratory Information ManagementCAPA Systems, Access Security, and Risk ManagementServe on the Site Leadership Team, driving digital strategy and fostering a culture of excellence aligned with Lilly's values.Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in team recruitment and development.Lead talent management, including recognition, compensation, and succession planning.Spearhead cGMP compliance and operational excellence initiatives.Manage and Control Budget and Capital.Your Qualifications:A Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.10+ years of leadership in Pharma IT, with a focus on API Manufacturing.Expertise in MES, Data Integration, and Advanced Analytics.Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.About the Organization Lilly IT builds and maintains capabilities using innovative technologies like most prominent tech companies.
