Position Overview:
The Financial Planning & Analysis team within Portfolio Management is responsible for conducting analyses and financial reporting related to Private Equity performance and strategic initiatives. The primary objective of this group is to execute financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting for Corporate Private Equity ("CPE").

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhancing and leading the P&L forecasting process, with a focus on revenue and earnings projections along with associated sensitivities.
  • Managing and executing fund models for financial and capital metrics reporting.
  • Facilitating the integration of technology into the forecasting process while collaborating with other FP&A teams and CPE functions to ensure a cohesive approach.
  • Overseeing the preparation of presentations and memorandums for senior management, including quarterly reporting packages and ad hoc materials.
  • Assisting finance and investor relations teams during quarterly earnings releases and on an ad hoc basis in interactions with clients and investors.
  • Leading the review and forecasting of operating expenses, coordinating with the CPE CAO and various expense teams to enhance accuracy and visibility for stakeholders.
  • Conducting special projects and ad-hoc business case analyses as determined by senior management's needs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a quantitative discipline (preferred) with a strong academic background.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial planning and analysis role; experience in private equity is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Anaplan, Essbase, and Tableau is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong technical, analytical, financial modeling, and quantitative capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exhibits a strong work ethic, integrity, and a positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated and intelligent, capable of working effectively in a team environment; proactive and takes initiative.
  • Ability to convert raw data into actionable insights for the business.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation:
The expected annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $125,000. Actual base salary will be determined based on various factors, including the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. For roles outside the US, the posted salary bands may not apply as these positions will follow a separate compensation process based on local market standards.
