Concierge/Sales Rep

As a Skin Care Expert, you will work to provide first-class experience for our clients. We are looking for individuals who are service-oriented and passionate about skincare to answer questions and make product recommendations.

The ideal candidate would look like this:

  • Esthetician-- passionate about skin care
  • Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous
  • People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people

Responsibilities
  • Answer text e-mails/e-chats
  • Project a professional company image on behalf of our clients through text chat interaction
  • Provide clients with basic products and/or service information
  • Promote client's products
  • High-volume adaptability and multitasking
  • Must be comfortable with product consultation and suggestive upselling
  • Commitment to extensive product knowledge, ability to use product knowledge to provide customer consultation and suggestive upselling for skin care products
  • Ability to translate trend looks and techniques into easy-to-follow steps for clients
  • Answer inquiries while maintaining and updating the customer database
  • Maintain a sense of urgency in responding to the customer needs
  • Be creative and go above and beyond when assisting our customers
  • Make recommendations to help improve the customer's experience

Qualifications
  • Background in Cosmetology, Luxury Retail/Cosmetic, other experience with beauty and skin care, Required
  • Licensed Esthetician, Required
  • 6 months of Customer Service experience (in person or over the phone), Required
  • Ability to make suggestive sales and achieve sales goals
  • Regular and punctual attendance, Required
  • Ability to professionally communicate on verbal and written platforms
