Psych Nurse Manager (Registered Nurse RN Manager)

Day Shift Monday to Friday Schedule

$10,000 Bonus


Dover Behavioral Health is a 72 bed inpatient acute care psychiatric facility that provides mental health treatment for children, adolescents, and adults.

There is also military specific programming available as well as partial hospitalization.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Licensure: Current license or permit to practice professional nursing in the state of employment.
  • 3 years of experience as an RNbehavioral health or correlating experience preferred. 1 year of management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of effective management and supervisory practices.
  • Ability to plan, direct, and monitor others' activities with demonstrated leadership abilities that contribute to a positive work environment.
