We are looking for Sr Key Account executive/BDM

West Windsor, NJ

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr Key Account Executive to join our Organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Manage existing key accounts while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet those needs.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Work closely with the internal sales team and technical support team to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to drive continuous improvement in sales strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.

4-8 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development in the IT industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal team members.

Strong business acumen and technical expertise.

Experience working with Pharma IT clients is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Local to Raritan or West Windsor New Jersey.
