Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, finance, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile or Kanban methodologies. o 2+ years of experience in software development or working closely with software development teams.
- Experience in a government or financial services environment is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Familiarity with software development tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of financial systems and processes. ·
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
