Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in high-precision technologies and a passion for sales. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales of our high-precision motion, measurement, and vision solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their technical challenges and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the high-precision technology sector.
- Conduct in-depth technical consultations to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure solutions meet customer specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in high-precision technology.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in high-tech and deep-tech industries
- Ability to develop a strong understanding of motion control, laser measurement systems, and vision technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, trade shows, and conferences as needed within the US and Europe
