Responsibilities:

Client Service and Inquiry Response:

  • Proactively respond to custody-related client inquiries on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to prioritize and resolve client requests and deliverables efficiently.

Technology and Innovation:

  • Utilize relevant internal technology solutions to effectively manage client inquiries.
  • Introduce and familiarize clients with new technology, automation tools, and products to enhance their experience.

Risk Management and Control:

  • Assist in maintaining and reporting on client service-related metrics.
  • Participate in team-based project work and audits to ensure compliance and improve service delivery.
  • Complete monthly reporting requirements accurately and on time.

Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience is required.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with various internal departments.
  • Proficiency in using technology and automation tools.
