Our Client, a Global Financial Services Company, is seeking a Client Services Specialist in their Boston, MA location.
Responsibilities:
Client Service and Inquiry Response:
- Proactively respond to custody-related client inquiries on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with internal departments to prioritize and resolve client requests and deliverables efficiently.
Technology and Innovation:
- Utilize relevant internal technology solutions to effectively manage client inquiries.
- Introduce and familiarize clients with new technology, automation tools, and products to enhance their experience.
Risk Management and Control:
- Assist in maintaining and reporting on client service-related metrics.
- Participate in team-based project work and audits to ensure compliance and improve service delivery.
- Complete monthly reporting requirements accurately and on time.
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience is required.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with various internal departments.
- Proficiency in using technology and automation tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
