Job Summary:

As a Client Services Specialist at Ascensus, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences by resolving retirement plan sponsor or client requests and issues. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to internal and external inquiries with clarity, efficiency, and timeliness.
  • Escalating issues per departmental protocol.
  • Providing complex information and verbalizing confidently.
  • Acting as a liaison internally with regard to sponsor or client requests.
  • Making outbound calls to resolve sponsor or client requests if additional research is needed.
  • Assisting with special projects and supporting other employees as needed.
  • Training other employees as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with emphasis on Excel and Word.
Preferred Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of retirement plan administration.
  • Experience with DST platform.
  • ASPPA certification.
