The Analytics Delivery Team specializes in crafting innovative analytical solutions to address intricate business challenges. As a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner, you'll serve as a vital bridge between our Information Systems (IIS) department and business units, driving the development, implementation, and support of our products. This role offers diverse project management opportunities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between IT and business units, guiding the development, implementation, and support of new systems and enhancements with minimal supervision.
  • Lead and facilitate the gathering of customer needs and objectives to assess new applications or improve existing ones actively.
  • Independently document and test system requirements, tackle complex challenges, and foster innovative solutions in collaboration with the development team.
  • Craft communications and deliver presentations on solution alternatives and system enhancements.
  • Address complex problems with a fresh perspective, leveraging existing solutions, and serve as a mentor for colleagues with less experience.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience product ownership and business analysis
  • Proficiency across various business areas and applications, both packaged and custom.
  • Experience in implementing or supporting applications such as ERP, HR payroll, and finance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Visio, Word).
  • Demonstrated experience in leading requirement gathering sessions.
  • Familiarity with process modeling requirements and test plans.
