We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Personal Assistant to support [Executive/Manager/Individual]. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings, ensuring optimal time management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Handle and prioritize email correspondence, phone calls, and other communications.
  • Assist with personal errands, event planning, and special projects.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, screening requests and communications.
  • Assist in research tasks and compile relevant information for decision-making.
  • Ensure tasks and deadlines are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts, including clients, vendors, and other staff.
  • Manage expenses, submit reports, and track budgets where necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with office tools, such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and task management software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
