Job Description


As a Cash Applications Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Researching, entering, and balancing cash receipts to ensure accurate financial records.

• Entering and posting receipt reversals to maintain up-to-date and correct account information.

• Responding to customer inquiries with timely and detailed information.

• Conducting customer account analysis to process refunds efficiently.

• Performing other cash receipt duties as needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy of our financial transactions and providing top-notch service to our customers.



Qualifications


You will be a great fit for this position if you:

• Have 4+ years of accounting or business experience, or equivalent college coursework.

• Are proficient with Microsoft Excel, demonstrating the ability to handle complex spreadsheets and data analysis.

• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with customers and team members.

• Have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

• Can work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Have previous Accounts Receivable experience and experience in customer interactions, which would be a significant advantage.
