Account Manager

 

  1. Oversee workflows associated with assigned accounts, including but not limited to round outs, Renewals, New Sales, internal and external communication, support and maintenance issues.
  2. Evaluate assigned account’s coverages to deem appropriateness and provide recommendations for improved/adequate Coverage.
  3. Collaborate on business development as directed by the Agency.
  4. Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, Administration, and QA to ensure the successful launch of all rollouts.
  5. Identify revenue opportunities within assigned accounts and their community through communications, programs and other activities as needed, collaborating with marketing, Account Executives, Administration.
  6. Act as liaison for internal and external communications with assigned accounts. Manage ongoing conference calls and ensure a positive relationship with assigned accounts. Provide regular status reports and manage task lists on assigned accounts progress for all workflow areas.
  7. Manage accounts using defined workflows and communication vehicles.
  8. Participate in cross functional groups to establish marketing campaigns, product direction and productive solutions.
  9. Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional.
